INTEGRITY CODE 

  • All staff members are required to maintain a high standard of friendly professionalism with customers and members of staff.
  • Discrimination and sexual harassment are not condoned or tolerated by management and staff members.
  • Management or staff members do not have the freedom to use company assets, i.e., vehicles, cash, supplies or company facilities for personal use or gain.
  • Use of social media can be engaged in on employee's agreed upon lunch hour.
  • Communication of any changes in working hours, public holidays, various events will be the responsibility of the department manager or supervisor
  • Disciplinary processes will be executed with the consultation of department manager/supervisor in the presence of the human resources manager if necessary.

DRESS CODE

ALL members of staff are expected to be attired in appropriate clothing suitable for the various departments and acceptable to the applicable department head.

GIFTS AND ENTERTAINMENT POLICIES

No member of staff is allowed to accept gifts, favors, of entertainment to events has incentive for purchase of goods and services.
